Julie Chen Moonves is the host of the 22nd season that premiered on CBS August 5, 2018. Chen Moonves served as moderator as well as one of the first hosts of The Talk. Chen Moonves, who won Columbia du-Pont for the primetime Anatomy of a Riot special in 1992, which focused on the Los Angeles riots, worked with Koppel.
